Had a similar experience at zupps helensvale. Put our outlander in for it's 15000 service. Put it in the garage overnight and the next morning there is a massive puddle of oil on the floor. They hadn't done up the sump plug. Won't go to any zupps after that. Heard so many bad stories about zupps ser...
