it Depends on What Country You are in, + i don't think it would be noticeable when they are turned on, the light would still come through nearly the same, you only have trouble when they are smoked!

Yeah! both Tinted & blacked out Front Headlights are illegal at night, but these vinyl overlays only go around the edge. i don't know? we need some answers on this!!!

I love the Rear Low ones and the last couple (speedstripes anyone?) lol but I dunno, the eyelids don't strike me. Plus I'm thinking no matter whether they're illegal or not, some cop will target me as a p-plater...
I can't afford that risk right now
