Unless you have very deep pockets avoid NA Autosport at Slacks Creek. Although he knows evo's he hasn't done much with the X's and I personally don't trust him from my experiences dealing with him.
I personally use Mercury Motorsport, I know a lot of people don't like them and they have a bit of a bad rap due to the previous tuner, but I've never had any issues with them and now that Trent the owner is doing the tuning it is a lot better and more reliable. My 2c

For a daily driven car on the street 600 will be enough.. It will be fast as hell. Almost everything will need to come from america, look at evo x forums build threads to see what they have done.. Give you an idea.. Sounds like a lot of headaches ahead

You have a year - teach yourself to do it all. Most stuff, including turbo swaps, is pretty easy once you get down to it.
