Demerit Point question

Hey guys, just did a demerit point check online

says I had 3 (from a fine ages ago)

but then it says I have 3 unallocated demerits. I have not had any more fines so am wondering why it says this? What does it mean...help!

Maybe you've only just recently set off a camera and they are waiting to verify it?
