Oil for my lancer

Hey guys my 2009 lancer es is due for a service the old girl has 220000km on it I’m wondering what is the best oil for it and the best spark plugs
Depends how much $$ you want to spend
The NGK plugs the car come with from the factory , there is nothing wrong with those, look in the manual and see what it said and shove those in.
As for oil, my preference is full synthetic , be it Gulf western, Mobil 1 , Penrite.
If you have some serious $$ check out Royal Purple oil.
