				Hey Guys,
I'm thinking about buying a 2010 ralliart with 104000km. Its due for a service as the last one was at 90000km. Is there anything major i should look for when inspecting it? I'm taking it to my mechanic on the weekend to have a look

Look for oil leaks and any evidence the transmission is not behaving correctly.
Best to get a Ralliart owner to also drive the car to check for tranny weirdness.

Check if the SST fluid has been changed, that's done at 105k according to the schedule but should be done much more often than that. It isn't cheap so factor in up to $1k for that if it hasn't been done.
Also the timing belt is, according to the service schedule, meant to be done at 100k. Chances are it hasn't so factor in that as well at some point in the not too distant future, again, pricey, over $k prob.
I think they're the two main costly items you want to check from the service history.

Does the Ralliart like standard Lancers use a timing chain? I guess you may be referring to the early Ralliart timing chain stretch issue, I'm guessing if encountered they replace it with the stronger, later version of it...

yeah 2010 has timing chain and 2010 has the V2 timing chain, yeah check that the sst has been well serviced no less than 3 times for a 104000km car i would recommend, i i personally do mine every 10-15km
