can we get "liaison" and "committee" topics not popping up in teh active topics lists ? they make me always try to test whether i can read them or not.

Mods/committee members should not miss reading them no matter if they are there or not, cant the "system" PM mods/committee members that said topic has been posted in ......

idk just suggestions

I don't think its fair to remove them entirely. But removing them for people who can't view them is a good idea.

Coming from Meaty's idea:
The forum subsections could be collapsible and collapsed by default?
