Yes that started about a year ago.
Just call them, it's a free check/replacement of the parts and will just take a few hours of your time.

It is strange how some are now getting letters, guess they are using rego records and VIN numbers to find owners of used CJ Lancers affected.
I never got a certificate, when I found out just before buying mine I told the sales person but they did nothing or didn't pass the message on so just a week after picking up my 'new' car I got it checked.
